Return & Refund Policy – Southern Belle Boutique
At Southern Belle Boutique, we want you to love every piece you receive! Because many of our items are shipped directly from our trusted vendor, we have a slightly different return process than traditional retailers. Please read below carefully.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must still be attached
- No stains, odors, or signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Accessories (jewelry, hats, hair accessories, etc.)
Return Process
To start a return, please email us at thesouthernbelle99@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Once approved, you will be given return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit or refund to original payment method (choose what you prefer)
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive your return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly through our supplier, orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Shipping Disclaimer
Items may ship separately and may take 7–15 business days to arrive depending on supplier processing times.
